What You Need to Know
Is it necessary to buy VR goggles?
Not necessary. We work with the hardware that best suits your project. This includes portable goggles for events and one-time trainings, or PC-tethered (wired) systems for fixed installations requiring maximum graphic quality. Equipment rental is also available for your events.
How long does it take to convert our CAD models to VR?
It depends on the complexity of the model and the level of interactivity required. A typical basic-level project requires 1-2 weeks. More complex projects with multiple environments and animations can take 6-8 weeks. We always deliver a detailed timeline before starting.
Is it difficult to use for employees with little technological experience?
No. We design intuitive experiences that do not require technical knowledge. An employee can put on the goggles and navigate the experience in minutes. We also provide in-person or remote training for your team and detailed user manuals.
What happens if we need to update the 3D model later?
We offer maintenance and update services. Depending on the type of change (minor adjustments vs. complete new model), we can update your VR experience. We also design the system to be scalable and allow new products or configurations to be added easily.
Can I use the VR experience in multiple languages?
Yes. We can develop the VR experience with integrated multilingual support. This is especially useful for companies with international presence or that participate in trade shows in different countries.
What types of 3D models can you convert to VR?
We work with practically any CAD format: STEP, IGES, OBJ, FBX, STL, SolidWorks files, AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, and many more. Our retopology process optimizes heavy models of millions of polygons to work smoothly in VR.
Does the VR experience work without internet connection?
Yes, depending on the type of installation. For trade shows and events, we can create standalone versions that work without connection. For fixed installations with frequent updates, we usually recommend connection to synchronize content.
